Everything about this brand-new hotel was perfect. Venue's stuff where caring. All in all we loved recently refurbished room with soft pillows, nice bed. The location was comfy and ideal, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Amc Movie Theater. The area was very accessible so close to Rockville Centre for a family memorial service, Long Island and the main attractions.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were not very friendly.

The rollercoaster I didn't see coming
The staff were friendly and accommodating,. The location was also convenient, with easy access to public transport and nearby amenities.
Unfortunately, I faced issues with room reservations,, and some amenities were lacking, affecting the overall experience. Noise from the nearby train was also noticeable, which hindered a restful night.
